Gustavo Arango
The firm's principal, Gustavo Arango, has a Master of Architecture in Urban Design degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Arango was a student of renowned international architects, including Rafael Moneo, Enric Miralles, Fay Jones, Mack Scogin and Rodolfo Machado.
Prior to founding Arango Arquitectos, Mr. Arango practiced as an intern at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates New York and was a Junior Partner at Clement y Medina, S.A. Panama. Mr. Arango's work has been published in several journals and has been exhibited in Italy, Singapore, Spain, Mexico and the United States.
As a visiting critic and guest lecturer, Mr. Arango has appeared at the Boston Architectural Center, University of Arkansas, Instituto Melendez Pelayo and Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
